Return & Refund Policy (Effective 2025)
At The Body Vault, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we deliver. Due to the nature of our wellness and supplement items, all sales are final, and returns or refunds are not permitted.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebodyvaultky.com with the following:

Your full name and order number

A clear photo of the unopened, incorrect item
Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide return instructions. You will have 3 business days to return the unopened item. Once received, the correct item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns on any premade drinks or consumable items.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thebodyvaultky.com and include:

Clear photos showing the damage
We will evaluate your request and, if approved, issue a replacement at our discretion. Replacements will be processed and shipped promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Body Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows they have been delivered. If your package is missing, please:

We are happy to assist in verifying shipment details but cannot guarantee replacements for lost/stolen deliveries.
Order Cancellation Policy
To maintain fast and efficient shipping, we are unable to cancel, modify, or adjust pricing on orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order before submitting, as all transactions are processed immediately by our fulfillment team.
