At The Body Vault, we strive to process and ship your order promptly and with care. Please review the details of our updated shipping policy below:


Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after full payment has been received. We take every precaution to package your items securely, but once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package upon arrival due to handling beyond our control.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 3–10 business days after shipment.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If you do not receive your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@thebodyvaultky.com for assistance.


Delivery & Address Accuracy

We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

  • The Body Vault is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • We cannot issue refunds or reship items under these circumstances.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, The Body Vault is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is missing or believed to be stolen:

  • Check with your local post office or delivery driver.

  • File a claim with USPS or the respective carrier.

We’re happy to assist with shipment verification, but replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
